Proposed bridge would link I-69 from Henderson to Evansville BOWLING GREEN, KY (wkyu) - An engineering study says Kentucky will need to get creative to finance a new bridge over the Ohio River. The proposed bridge would link I-69 between Henderson, Kentucky and Evansville, Indiana. The study finds that tolls alone won't be able to fund such a project.
