So let's just say that this Mediterranean city boasts spectacular fountains, churches, palaces, squares, great historical ruins and a large open-air arena. Thing is, many of the city's old walls are soiled with graffiti. We'll name the city, and introduce you to an American expatriate who's encouraging people to clean up those beautiful walls.... with steel brushes.
