(WKNO) - It's amazing that CEOs think that everyone loves their company. Not just customers, but also suppliers, vendors, potential employees, stock holders, and the media. Why would a company not answer phone calls or e-mails? It's just rude. Check your company's reputation. If you're a rotten customer, it's costing you, and you might not even know it.
