Government Officials Focus on Customer Service

Several state agencies are taking part in a customer service workshop, co-sponsored by Purdue. Richard Feinberg is the Director of the Center for Customer Driven Quality.
He says government managers will learn about the latest technology and research to help them improve interaction between state workers and those they serve.
Feinberg thinks government can handle questions and problems from residents just as well as private businesses -- or better.
The workshop is set for Wednesday in Indianapolis.
