Kentucky State Police investigators are reconstructing a fatal school bus wreck on US-62 in Carlisle County. The investigation is expected to close the roadway sometime this morning between highways 1628 and 307 for about two hours. Public Information Officer Dean Patterson says investigators are gathering data to reconstruct the incident in a computer model, which could take up to a month to complete. The Paducah Sun reports the school bus overturned Monday near Cunningham, landing on its side at the bottom of a culvert. The wreck killed six-year old Logan Simpson of Kirbyton. 16 children and three adults were hospitalized, many of whom were later released. © Copyright 2013, wkms
