Kentucky's legislative session began this week, and this year lawmakers will draw up a two-year budget for the Commonwealth. Governor Steve Beshear in his State of the Commonwealth told agencies to brace for deep cuts. To dig in more to the first week of the legislative session, Rick Howlett and Kentucky Public Radio's new Capitol reporter Kenny Colston discussed the political climate.
