Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell disputes the notion by congressional democrats that the GOP is the "party of no" and doesn't have a plan of its' own for fixing the nation's health care system.
The Kentucky republican stresses that's anything but the case.
McConnell says republicans also favor allowing interstate sales of health insurance to help create competition in the market. He says democrats have shot down the GOP's suggestions for health care in committee, but vows republicans will re-issue them on the floor of the senate when debate on the issue begins in earnest.
