Under the Radar
(2009-07-02)
(WKAR) - One Friday each month on Morning Edition from WKAR, author Lev Raphael joins WKAR's Melissa Ingells to discuss a book that might have slipped past the notice of other book reviewers.

Nationally-known author and reviewer Lev Raphael lives and writes in mid-Michigan. Raphael likes to feature books that may not receive a lot of publicity elsewhere, and his choices have ranged from a history of the Roman Republic, to a biography of Napoleon's sister, to a mass market paperback based on a TV series about spies.

Lev Raphael has been WKAR's book reviewer since 2004. For Under the Radio segments prior to 2004-May 2009, visit WKAR Morning Edition Archives.
