Cougar Tracks INTERLOCHEN, MI (Interlochen Public Radio) - Debate about the presence of cougars in Michigan has raged between wildlife officials and the public for years. That's led the DNR to form a cougar team. They've taken training out West in identifying the animal's characteristics.
