The Adrian Symphony Orchestra will be performing a classical concert Promise of Light at the Croswell Opera House. The Promise of Light concert program begins the Adrian Symphony Orchestra's three-month residency at the Croswell Opera House. An informative talk about the music to be performed will be given by the Music Director John Thomas Dodson beginning at 7 PM in the Croswell Opera House. Following the concert, the audience is invited to stay for a complimentary reception in Adrian City Hall located next door to the Croswell Opera House. To be performed on the program are Beethoven's Symphony No. 2 in D and Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 24 in C minor, K. 491 with guest artist Anne-Marie McDermott. A special gallery show and talk in the Lenawee Council for the Visual Arts (LCVA) Gallery located in the front of the Croswell Opera House are planned for February 23 in partnership with this ASO concert. |
