Rich Egger's guests are Timothy Collins and Steve Hicks. Collins is assistant director of the Illinois Institute for Rural Affairs. Hicks is a former graduate assistant at the IIRA and is now consulting for the Institute.They developed a website (www.iira.org/clc) to commemorate the centennial of Theodore Roosevelt's Country Life Commission.
