Acclaimed artist Bill Howard has had prints featured in exhibitions and competitions throughout the United States as well as England, Scotland and Wales. Mr. Howard is well known for his experimental and inventive methods of printmaking. His methods involve collaboration between art and science that take a unique look at nature, form, and function. |
