The American Cancer Society is planning its second annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5k Walk for Saturday, May 4, beginning in Chandler Park.

The committee guiding the walk is currently holding planning meetings and anyone interested in volunteering to help is welcome. The meetings are being held in the conference room of the Macomb HyVee. A kick-off celebration will also be held March 27 at noon at The Old Dairy in Macomb.
