Sand Mining Company Protects Habitat

Anyone who drives a Ford likely has an engine block molded from sand in wext Michigan. Fairmount Minerals ships 400,000 tons a year of industrial sand to manufacturing plants in southern Michigan and Ohio. Fairmount tries to be environmentally responsible. Now they're going beyond what's required to restore land for wildlife. Bob Allen reports.
