The Cook's House INTERLOCHEN PUBLIC RADIO (Interlochen Public Radio) - Some of the local chefs presenting this week include the owners of the The Cook's House in Traverse City. On Friday morning, Eric Patterson and Jennifer Blakeslee will talk about getting inspiration at the Farmer's Market. The Cook's House uses local growers and producers as much as possible to offer a Seasonal New American menu.
