Epicurean Classic INTERLOCHEN PUBLIC RADIO (Interlochen Public Radio) - Tonight, the fifth annual Epicurean Classic kicks-off with an opening reception in Traverse City. The event brings foodies face to face with some of their culinary heroes. One of the event's founders is Mark Dressler.
