Great Lakes Compact
(Interlochen Public Radio) - After ten years of negotiations, the Great Lakes states have agreed to a Compact that's supposed to prevent most diversions of water out of the Basin. Now Congress is close to ratifying it. But a few voices are still crying that the Compact in essence put Great Lakes water up for sale.
