School Loans

There's been a lot of talk lately about how the credit crunch may make it harder for some students to get college loans. But there's another issue: the ever-rising use of loans to pay for school. Most of today's students will bank on future earnings to pay for the bulk of their schooling. That wasn't true just a generation ago. Meanwhile, tuition rates are ever on the rise, and real wages - not so much. IPR's Linda Stephan reports.
