Tuition INTERLOCHEN PUBLIC RADIO (Interlochen Public Radio) - Tuition rates keep rising, but real wages for a college grad have only edged up slightly over that last 40 years. College education is still a good deal, but only because wages of workers who haven't gone on after high school have plummeted. Enrollments are up - so is the debt load.
