19th Amendment INTERLOCHEN PUBLIC RADIO (Interlochen Public Radio) - Today marks the 88th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution. It gave women the right to vote. That milestone will be celebrated with a program tonight in Traverse City.
