Healthcare Costs INTERLOCHEN PUBLIC RADIO (Interlochen Public Radio) - As the economy in Michigan continues to falter - the health care sector continues to grow. Consumers don't, after all, tend to dial back their spending on healthcare when times get rough. But hospitals say that doesn't mean all is well, and there are a growing number of people in Northern Michigan who can't afford the healthcare they receive.
