Artforms - March INTERLOCHEN PUBLIC RADIO (Interlochen Public Radio) - Host Brad Aspey will present an entire hour devoted to Kalevi Aho's Concerto for Contrabassoon and Orchestra. This work received its US premiere right here at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Present for the performance was composer Kalevi Aho, principal contrabassoonist of the National Symphony Orchestra Lewis Lipnick and Maestro Leonard Slatkin.
