WILMINGTON, NC (whqr) - Parents will have a chance Tuesday night to voice their opinions about New Hanover County School's three proposals for redistricting its elementary schools.

The redistricting is a result of the new school scheduled to open next fall in the northern part of the country and the change at Johnson Elementary from year-round to traditional calendar year.

New Hanover County Schools has put together a redistricting committee to come up with maps and plans, those plans will then be voted on by county school board members.
