WILMINGTON, NC (whqr) - Mid-Day Cafe is a daily celebration of the arts and culture of the Cape Fear region. Host, Jemila Ericson interviews guests from around the area about what they're up to.

Today in the Cafe: dancer and choreographer Tracey Varga and composer Joe Cordaro, who composed music for the dance troupe. They're talking about the annual Forward Motion Dance Company's modern dance program on June 26th and 27th at the Hannah Block Historic USO in downtown Wilmington.
