WISCONSIN SHOOTING
(2008-08-08)
(wgvu) - A Wisconsin judge has set a 3
million-dollar cash bail for a Michigan man charged with shooting
and killing three teens at a river on the state border.
The Marinette County prosecutor says Scott J. Johnson is an
"extreme flight risk" because he spent time in the military and
has traveled extensively.
The 38-year-old Kingsford man appeared by
videoconference and answered a handful of questions from a judge
with just "yes" or "no."
Johnson has been charged with three counts of first-degree
intentional homicide in the July 31st shootings.
