Wisconsin Shooting
accused in the ambush-killings of three young people who were
swimming in a border river had been planning a shooting spree for
years.
Today's indictment says 38-year-old Scott J. Johnson had been
waiting for the right moment from some time and hid weapons and
ammunition in several locations.
The killings happened at a popular swimming site on the
Menominee river in Wisconsin's Marinette County.
A fourth person was wounded.
Johnson was arrested Friday after an all-night manhunt.
So far, his lawyer hasn't commented.
