AP-Chrysler Incentives DETROIT (AP) (wgvu) - Chrysler LLC is offering zero-percent financing and other deals on its 2008 Dodge Ram pickups as it prepares to
bring out a new Ram this fall.

Chrysler says buyers can choose three options: Zero-percent financing for 72 months, bonus cash of up to $6,000 or a three-year gas card that keeps gas prices at $2.99 per gallon. The offers run
through July.

U.S. pickup sales have plunged in the ast few months as consumers seek more fuel-efficient options. Ram sales were down 31 percent in the first six months of this year.

Edmunds.com automotive information site reports that Chrysler already had the highest incentives of any automaker in June, at $3,427 per vehicle.

The company's sales were down 22 percent in the first six months of the year.
