Michigan Storm Damage Update

Consumers Energy says Friday about 74,000 homes and businesses
that it serves were without electricity.
The subsidiary of CMS Energy Corp. expects to restore power to
the majority of customers by Saturday evening, but says parts of
Calhoun, Kalamazoo and Kent counties might not have service until
Sunday.
About 2,000 DTE Energy Co. customers were without power Friday
morning, but electricity was expected to be restored later that
day.
Thunderstorms with heavy rain, hail, strong winds and frequent
lightning moved through the state Wednesday and Thursday.
