(wgvu) - - A 63-year-old west Michigan man has
died after being kicked in the head by the horse he was grooming.
Robert Hunt of Kent County's Byron Township was grooming the
2,500-pound, 8-foot-tall Belgian horse for a pulling contest
Saturday when he was kicked and immediately lost consciousness.
Hunt was taken to Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand
Rapids, where he died just before midnight.
The Kent County Sheriff's Department says the same horse broke
Hunt's arm two years ago.
