(wgvu) - A DEMOCRATIC PARTY ANALYSIS SAYS A RULES
COMMITTEE CAN RESTORE DELEGATES FROM MICHIGAN AND FLORIDA BUT CAN'T
FULLY SEAT THE TWO STATES AT THE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATING
CONVENTION.
THE ANALYSIS SAYS PARTY RULES REQUIRE THAT THE TWO STATES LOSE
AT LEAST HALF OF THEIR CONVENTION DELEGATES FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS
TOO EARLY.
THE PARTY'S RULES AND BYLAWS COMMITTEE PLANS TO MEET SATURDAY TO

DEMOCRATIC OFFICIALS ARE CONSIDERING PLANS TO RESTORE AT LEAST
