THE CONGRESSWOMAN WHO LEADS THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS HAS
FACED LITTLE OPPOSITION SINCE SHE WAS FIRST ELECTED IN 1996. BUT
TWO DEMOCRATS FILED BY THE DEADLINE TO CHALLENGE HER IN THE
PRIMARY.
MOST OF THE 15 HOUSE SEATS HAVE BEEN DRAWN IN SUCH A WAY SO
