STRIPPER'S DEATH.
CHRISTINE BEATTY'S LAWYERS FILED A MOTION THIS WEEK IN DETROIT
FEDERAL COURT TO TEMPORARILY STOP THE CIVIL SUIT FILED ON BEHALF OF
TAMARA GREENE'S 15-YEAR-OLD SON.
CITY LAWYERS FILED A SIMILAR MOTION EARLIER.
GREENE WAS SHOT TO DEATH IN 2003 AND IS RUMORED TO HAVE DANCED
AT A WILD PARTY AT THE MAYOR'S OFFICIAL RESIDENCE.
THE FEDERAL LAWSUIT CLAIMS CITY OFFICIALS INTERFERED IN AN
INVESTIGATION INTO HER DEATH.
BEATTY AND THE MARRIED MAYOR FACE PERJURY CHARGES FOR DENYING
THEIR AFFAIR IN COURT TESTIMONY.
