Spring Snow
(wgvu) - This week's arrival of spring hasn't brought an end to the
forecasts for still more snow in Detroit and much of the rest of
Michigan's southern Lower Peninsula.
The National Weather Service says a low-pressure system is
expected to dump several inches of snow in the region as it tracks
through the Ohio Valley on Friday and early Saturday.
Winter storm warnings have been issued from the twin cities of
Benton Harbor and St. Joseph all the way to Detroit.
Up to a foot of snow could fall in an area south of Holland to
near Jackson.
Four to eight inches is possible near Detroit, with up to nine
inches in parts of Lenawee County.
