(2008-01-23)
(wgvu) -

SIGNIFICANT PROBLEMS IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM FOR INMATES AT
MICHIGAN PRISONS.
THE STATE SAYS IT'S IMPLEMENTING NEARLY ALL THE RECOMMENDATIONS
FOUND IN THE REPORT.
THE NATIONAL COMMISSION ON CORRECTIONAL HEALTH CARE ATTRIBUTES
MOST OF THE PROBLEMS TO THE SYSTEM, NOT PEOPLE FAILING TO DO THEIR
JOBS.

WITH TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE.
IT SAYS THERE ARE LONG LISTS OF PATIENTS WAITING TO BE SEEN, YET
