MAJOR DRUG DEALER WHO WAS WEARING AN ELECTRONIC TETHER FROM AN
EARLIER CRIMINAL CASE WAS ARRESTED FOR TRYING TO BUY 2.2 POUNDS OF
COCAINE IN A POLICE STING.
THE 26-YEAR-OLD CONVICTED FELON FACES ARRAIGNMENT TODAY ON DRUG
AND WEAPONS CHARGES.
SHERIFF MICHAEL BOUCHARD SAYS OFFICERS ARRESTED THE SUSPECT
YESTERDAY IN AUBURN HILLS.
BOUCHARD SAYS THE MAN WAS TRYING TO BUY THE COCAINE FOR $23,500.
THE SHERIFF SAYS THE SUSPECT WAS ARMED WITH A .45-CALIBER
SEMIAUTOMATIC HANDGUN, AND SAYS POLICE SEIZED OTHER WEAPONS AND
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AT HIS HOME IN FLINT.
