I-75 Closure
(2007-12-27)
(wgvu) - The Michigan Department of Transportation says it
plans to shut down parts of Interstate 75 in Detroit for
reconstruction work.
The work starts in February and will last for two years.
M-DOT says crews will reconstruct parts of I-75, I-96 and more
than 25 bridges, including the Ambassador Bridge.
WDIV-TV reports the state says the 230 million-dollar project is
scheduled to start about February 25th.
The closings will happen between the Rosa Parks Boulevard and
Clark Street exits.
