Mother Daughter Stabbed MICHIGAN (wgvu) - Detroit police say they've arrested a man on
accusations of fatally stabbing his girlfriend and her 21-year-old
daughter because the older woman wanted to break up with him.
Thirty-three-year-old Walter D. Ramsey was arraigned Wednesday
on two open counts of murder in the December 14 deaths of
40-year-old Kimberly Martin and her daughter Erica Martin.
He faces a preliminary examination January 7.
Police say Ramsey went to the women's home and got in an
argument when Kimberly Martin said she wanted to end the
relationship.
Police tell WXYZ-TV that officers persuaded Ramsey to surrender
on Christmas Day.
