New IT Leader MICHIGAN (wgvu) - State government is getting a new leader
for its Department of Information Technology.
Teri Takai is resigning from the department for a job in
California.
She will be replaced as director by Kenneth Theis. He most
recently was chief deputy director in the department.
Governor Jennifer Granholm announced the switch Thursday.
Takai has been the department's leader since 2003.
