TO PUT CRIME INFORMATION INTO PROPER CONTEXT. SHE ALSO QUESTIONS
THE MOTIVES OF THE REPORT, SINCE THE FULL VERSION IS ONLY AVAILABLE
BY PURCHASING IT.
AND THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF CRIMINOLOGY SAYS IT'S "AN
IRRESPONSIBLE MISUSE" OF CRIME DATA.

AMERICA" LOOKED AT 378 CITIES WITH AT LEAST 75,000 PEOPLE. LAST
