Boys Slain
found guilty of killing two young boys.
Detroit police say the shooting deaths were part of a botched
drug-related robbery of the boys' cousin.
Separate juries returned guilty verdicts against 38-year-old
Sonya O'Neal and 36-year-old Robert Reed. Both are from Detroit.
Thirteen-year-old Orlando Herron, and 11-year-old Darren Johnson
were found dead in a home in late February.
Authorities say O'Neal and Reed planned to kidnap the boys'
cousin and rob him of cocaine and cash.
Three additional suspects are awaiting trial. A sixth suspect
pleaded guilty to second-degree murder charges in September and
testified against O'Neal and Reed.
