DEMOCRATIC LEADERS HAVE CRITICIZED THE DECISION BY SEVERAL
PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES TO KEEP THEIR NAMES OFF THE STATE PRIMARY
BALLOT.
BARACK OBAMA, JOHN EDWARDS AND BILL RICHARDSON WITHDREW THEIR
NAMES FROM THE JANUARY 15TH BALLOT, WHILE JOE BIDEN AND DENNIS
KUCINICH DECIDED TO STAY OFF THE BALLOT.
HILLARY CLINTON, CHRIS DODD AND MIKE GRAVEL REMAIN ON THE
BALLOT.
GRANHOLM SAYS THE ROAD TO THE WHITE HOUSE RUNS THROUGH MICHIGAN,
AND STATE VOTERS WILL REMEMBER THOSE WHO IGNORED THEM.
THE NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS PUNISHING STATES THAT JUMP THE
GUN AND CHALLENGE IOWA AND NEW HAMPSHIRE AS FIRST TO PICK.
