Muskegon's New Roller Coaster
(wgvu) - MUSKEGON, Mich. (AP) - Michigan's Adventure Amusement Park near
Muskegon says it will build the state's first suspended looping
roller coaster.
The Thunderhawk will open next spring.
It's the park's seventh coaster and will climb 105 feet at its
highest point. It also features an 86-foot drop and a top speed of
50 miles per hour.
Rides will last about two minutes and 15 seconds.
Because it will be a suspended coaster, riders' legs will dangle
in the air below their seats.
