Granholm orders flags lowered to honor Rochester Hills soldier
flags in Michigan be flown at half-staff tomorrow to honor a
Michigan solider who was killed in Iraq.
Army Sergeant James Collins Junior of Rochester Hills died
August 28th in Kirkuk (ker-KOOK'), Iraq, from wounds suffered
during combat operations.
The 35-year-old Collins was assigned to the 303rd Military
Police Company at the U.S. Army Reserve based in Jackson.

LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Governor Granholm has ordered that U.S.flags in Michigan be flown at half-staff tomorrow to honor a
Michigan solider who was killed in Iraq.
