bringing his along for break-ins at a pair of Muskegon County

Fruitport Township police say Steven Brady was stealing small
amounts of cash to support a drug habit. They say his

Officers nabbed Brady as he and the boy walked out of a
greenhouse Saturday night. His son isn't considered an accomplice.
Brady is charged as a fourth-time habitual offender. He was
arraigned earlier this week on charges of breaking and entering,
and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Detectives say Brady has admitted breaking into an ice cream
store last Friday and the same greenhouse twice. His preliminary
