(wgvu) - DETROIT (AP) - Former N-F-L and Michigan State wide receiver
Andr Rison faces a court-ordered bankruptcy to pay more than
105-thousand dollars in back child support and other claims.
An order was entered June 6th to put Rison into Chapter 11
The Flint native has until June 25th to respond before efforts
are started to recover his assets.
Ex-wife Tonja Rison is claiming more than 58-thousand dollars in
child support. An Atlanta law office is claiming another
46-thousand in unpaid legal fees for seeking child support for two
children by a girlfriend.
Genesee County friend of the court also is after 400 dollars in
administrative fees.
Rison's attorney said Tuesday he had no comment on the
bankruptcy order.
