FORD SHAREHOLDERS

(wgvu) - UNDATED (AP) - Ford chief Alan Mulally has received solid
reviews as he tries to steer his company through a massive
turnaround.
He'll make his annual meeting debut tomorrow when he'll update
investors in Wilmington, Delaware on the company's "Way Forward"
plan.
Mulally took in September. He hopes to return Ford to
profitability in 2009.
Ford lost nearly 13 (b) billion dollars last year and sales have
declined nearly 13 percent this year.
Ford has mortgaged its factories, brand names and other items to
secure a 23 (b) billion dollar line of credit to pay for the
restructuring plan.
