MUSKEGON NATIVE DIES IN IRAQ

(wgvu) - DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - The father of a 19-year-old soldier
killed in Iraq says he's numb.
Tony Botello of Muskegon says his son was a likable,
happy-go-lucky person who served his country proudly and died a
hero.
According to the Pentagon, Private First Class Brian Botello was
killed Sunday during combat in Baghdad. He was one of three
soldiers killed in the bombing.
Botello was born in Muskegon, where he attended high school in
2005. He joined the Army after graduation. He was deployed to Iraq
a year later.
Botello lived much of his life in Iowa.
