OLD SEXUAL ASSAULTS USA (wgvu) - DETROIT (AP) - A man will serve three life terms for sexually
assaulting boys.
Wayne County Circuit Judge Annette Berry called Ted Lamborgine a
"classic predator."
She sentenced him today for the 15 sex-related charges he
pleaded guilty to last month. She asked if he knew what they do to
people like him in prison.
Lamborgine and imprisoned killer Richard Lawson are accused of
operating a pedophile ring in Detroit in the 1970s and 80s.
Lawson has implicated Lamborgine in the Oakland County Child
Killer case from the mid-1970s.
Lamborgine has rejected plea deals that could have reduced his
sentence. One required a polygraph test about the deaths of four
children.
His lawyer says Lamborgine has no knowledge of the killings or
interest in the test.
