GRANT LAWSUIT
Tara Grant has filed a 50 (m) million-dollar wrongful death lawsuit
against Stephen Grant, the suspect in his wife's killing.
Alicia Standerfer seeks to revoke Stephen Grant's claims to the
couple's home, two life insurance policies and a 401(k) plan.
Standerfer, of Chillicothe, Ohio, was given authority Monday over
her late sister's estate and two children.
Grant is in jail awaiting a May 15th preliminary hearing on
charges of murder and mutilation of a corpse. He's accused of
killing his wife in February and later dismembering her body.
The civil suit also seeks compensation for funeral, burial and
other costs.
