ROAD RAGE CHARGES

(wgvu) - A 22-YEAR-OLD LIVINGSTON COUNTY MAN WILL
FACE UP TO 20 YEARS BEHIND BARS FOR ASSAULTING A MAN HE THOUGHT HAD
CUT HIM OFF WHILE DRIVING.
RICHARD SPRAGUE PLEADED NO CONTEST LAST WEEK TO SEVERAL CHARGES
STEMMING FROM A ROAD RAGE INCIDENT LAST JUNE. SPRAGUE CLAIMED
21-YEAR-OLD JAMES LIPKE, ALSO OF TYRONE TOWNSHIP, CUT HIM OFF IN
TRAFFIC.
LIPKE SAY SPRAGUE FOLLOWED HIM HOME AND THEN ATTACKED HIM AS HE
TRIED TO GET INTO HIS HOUSE. HE ALSO TOLD POLICE THAT A HOWELL
WOMAN WITH SPRAGUE ATTACKED HIM AS WELL.
KATRINA SEFTON WILL BE SENTENCED IN MARCH.
SPRAGUE WILL LEARN HIS FATE APRIL 12TH.
